Make Your E-ticket check–in by phone

The easiest way to pass harbour is an E-ticket. You can check an E-ticket by presenting the bar code of an e-ticket to the terminal or by phone. You must show the bar code in the counter terminal. For this You must have a printout of Your E-ticket.
Easier way is the MOBILE controle (m-ticket).
For mobile controle:
- Enter Your mobile number when buying an E-ticket.
- Drive to the E-ticket crossing gate in harbour.
- Counter terminal has a phonenumber on it, call on that number from the number that You entered when buying an E-ticket.
- The terminal will check if Your mobile number is conneted to a valid E-ticket.
- On the electronic announcement board will appear a lane number and the crossing gate will open.
- Drive to the waiting lane shown on announcement board.
- You must not open Your car window.
- You must not have a printout of Your E-ticket.
Mobile controle is active in Kuivastu, Virtsu, Rohuküla and Heltermaa harbours.
Mobile controle is NOT in use in Triigi and Sõru harbours. You must have a printout of Your E-ticket.
